Payment and Refund Policy

Payments and Refunds:

Payment will be due once a year.  If you sign up in June 2017, your next payment will be due June 2018.  All payments are due one year after the month you sign up.  In May of every year, the board will look at the membership and set the dues for the next year.  Anybody who signs up between now and next May will pay the same price throughout their membership year.

  • Renewals based on each member start date, not the calendar year and must be paid in full before their annual calendar start date.
  • Membership stays with the house; no refunds are issued.
